Distinctive Unit Insignia

Description
A Gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield blazoned:  Gules (Brick Red) in bend a lightning flash Or, overall within an annulet Sable a roundel per fess Gules (Scarlet) and Azure (Bluebird) both fimbriated Or.  Attached below the shield a Gold scroll inscribed PORTAMUS OMNIA in Black letters.

Symbolism
The colors brick red and yellow are used for the Transportation Corps.  The red and blue colors of the center are adapted from the Taeguk which is the national emblem of Korea, where the unit was organized.  The annulet, simulating a black tire, represents truck transport; the lightning flash symbolizes the speed and striking power of the armored personnel carriers with which the unit is also equipped.  The motto translates to We Transport All.

The distinctive unit insignia was approved on 7 August 1958.
